Is there way to setup a Voice Mail Box that notifies or sends the new message or notifieds multiple voice mail boxes on a BCM400?

Thank you,
--Nathan

Yes, it's called Group Lists and by default is mbox 901. You need to enter all the mboxes you want to receive your broadcast message.

Excellent, that is what I through you would have to do. How would you then setup a Guest box to forward the messages to a group list automatically?

I dont think you can automatically send a message to a group list.
The way it works is you record a message and send manually to the group which contains a list of mailbox users for your group.

example: you what to send a message to everone in your sales group , you record the message then send it to mailbox 901 whic contains your members mailboxes,

its simalar to using send message ( Feature 980) single mailbox.

You could try and see if the off premise notification will allow you to send to the mailbox but i think it only allows you to send it to a external number, extn, pager

I tested external notification and it doesn't work. Is there another why for multiple people to monitor a signal voice mail box?

Bumping this back up to the top in order to keep the thread alive.

Rock On! Thank you all for your help on this.
