Have a BCM 50 where users complain they can't "pick up another call" from thier desk.
Realized that no pickup groups were assigned. Now, intercom calls (within the office) can be picked up by F75. Before were "denied in admin".
Now the users complain that it doesn't work with calls...
We have a problem with calls being "too loud" from one of our location:

I put several appearances on the receptionist phone and it worked. Thanks to all who suggested same.
With the other phones that I had tested on (and were problematic), the problem was remedied by removing appearances of the line on other sets. For example, one of my employee's phones...

It's on all sets. The receptionist set, and all the other sets have one target line, and a prime line set to the intercom.
I think that I've found a solution --- I dropped DRT down to after one ring instead of 4. Might there be repercussions from making this change that I have not...

I don't know what caused the default gateway reverted back to the 192.168.1.1 address, I had changed it to the "real" DFGW at install.
A simple, easy fix. For that you get a star.

BCM 50, Installed for about 9 months, been having problems with Line Monitoring Service (lms) and Time Service (tmwservice).
Vendor unable to resolve.
At the suggestion of Nortel support to resolve the Time Service issue, recently patched to:
