Had it working fine then lost it on some phoines and can't get it back...some phones still holding the pattern I want...when i use the good one to copy it goes crazy and gives me internal dials in positions 8 & 9

Any help woild be apreciated

Just Curious - What kind of sets? Is it possible you are mixing type 7316E and 7316? I had a similar problem when I bought some refurbed 7316's.

Thay have the same part numbers on the Nortel label

BCM manager configuratio shows T7316E's in both DN's

They have a speaker button between headset and mute? Are they showing up on the phone somewhere? If so use feature *81 to move them to the correct buttons.

There is no feature *81 on any of the keys

It seems to be standard button assignments

No, a FEATURE*81 means that you can swap button placements on the set.

Press F*81, press the button that Line 1 is on and then press the button that you want it to go to... this will swap the locations on the set.
