Right click on the Form in Normal view, go to Form Properties | Options | Confirmation and browse to the page you DO want them to go to after submitting your form.

Put the pages they are going to be updating into a subweb and set permissions on the subweb accordingly.
Please be aware that FTPing pages to a FrontPage site can damage the FrontPage extensions. They should be, as you are, only using the FP Publish function.

Try renaming your photos replacing the spaces with underscores. Also, some of the hyperlinks on your page are pointing to your hard drive.

Did you select either picture to go left or right in your Picture Properties? If that's the case, FP automatically adds 3 to your horizontal properties and you have to reset it to 0.

I'm not sure exactly what you're asking, but it sounds like when you open FrontPage it opens up your website.
If this is what you're asking - you need to open FrontPage, go to Tools | Options and the "General" tab.
