Good day,
I use FP '02 and would like to know how to have one of my multiple ftp users ftp only certain pages. I use the ftp program that comes with FP. Being that they are not very computer savy I would like to leave them the simplest way of doing this. Here is the scenario:
I created them an ice hockey rink website. I am responsible for maintaing and updating all the other pages excpet the "schedule and statistics" pages. There approxiamtely are about 14 of these pages. Anyhow, Since these pages need to be updated frequently I have setup an FTP account for the client to use to maintain these pages themselves. Now how do I limit their FTP access to only update these pages. They have the capability of overwritting my work if they publish "all" pages by accident. Can I delete all the other pages from their location? Can I set permissions on the other pages? Any info is very much appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Adam

Put the pages they are going to be updating into a subweb and set permissions on the subweb accordingly.

Please be aware that FTPing pages to a FrontPage site can damage the FrontPage extensions. They should be, as you are, only using the FP Publish function.
