What call accounting system do you guys all use?
I've tried Panalog (crashes all the time and misses data)
I've tried the Panasonic default Call Accounting app ( that disconnects with no warning and misses data as well)
Anything that we can just put up on a server and collects data with a good...

We have Tables A, printing drinks to Front Printer
We have Tables B, printing drinks to Back Printer.
We added Tables to TABLE A group, but the drinks print to the back printer instead of the front printer.
Any ideas?
We randomly in our phone system get calls from 100 1100 Extension.
It says it's the gateway extension. Is someone trying to hack in or is there an problem?

We have TRS implemented and I've updated the Message manager and System Manager passwords, but they are still attempting and it rings certain extensions on our phone system over and over with CID 1000:

I guess i'll have to keep it up and running for awhile to check the drop.
THe error logs just show error 391 (that it's reconnecting or connected) but I do get sub codes of 10101-10110 Not sure what those are.
As for Major error logs, nothing.
We have 10 lines from 2 talk using SIP and the V SIP GW16 card and a bunch of copper lines.
It seems like every other day the SIP lines all turn red and die until I take the V SIP GW16 OUS and then back INS.
Then it works for a little bit. Any Idea what would cause that?
I will try calling them again and hound them until you get some support. That would be ridiculous that they didn't finish helping you. But that has been my experience as well.

We have 3 offices, each with their own KX NCP500 / TDA 100 / TVA 50
There is a SIP Gateway that connects the three offices, with extension in the 100's, 200's, and 300's.
However lately 2 of our offices are getting random phone calls from Ext 1001 and 1100 but there's nothing on the line.

Here are detailed instructions for others who need to do the same.
1. Connect to PBX
2. Utility - File Transfer PBX (SD CARD) to PC (B)
Save the DMSYS/DSYS File.
Then back at the PBX Unified Maintenance Console Select - OPEN. Load up the file and you'll be in batch mode to explore the settings.
Is there a way to download all the settings so that we can go over the system and pretty much get a SITE MAP of what is where and all the options, etc.
