Is there a way to download all the settings so that we can go over the system and pretty much get a SITE MAP of what is where and all the options, etc.

if you have a programming tool you can do a file transfer of the dsys file and it can be opened in the programming tool to view

Here are detailed instructions for others who need to do the same.
1. Connect to PBX
2. Utility - File Transfer PBX (SD CARD) to PC (B)
Save the DMSYS/DSYS File.
Then back at the PBX Unified Maintenance Console Select - OPEN. Load up the file and you'll be in batch mode to explore the settings.
