On a related note, is it possible to do host codes on the free built in 6 party meet me bridges on CM? Or does that require an EMMC bridge or another solution?
Thanks,
Ok I found a bunch of DN's in the 3 range in Port/DN status so that's out. I also found 6 in there so that's out. 4 is used in conjunction with remote call forwarding so that's out. Only one left is 5. I found 1 DN, 555, that's not really used. I changed the DN number, but it still shows up...
Ok, thanks, I forgot about the Port DN status, it's been a while since I've done anything but minor programming on a MICS. I will check that out.
there is an expansion module, a 12x0, so that probably explains the DN's in the 3 range.
the thing is they have 2 lines pools already, so 8 nd 9...
When I go into Terminals and Sets I don't see any extensions that start with 3. And I can't enter a set number that begins with a 3.
The really strange thing is I can't use any number besides an 8 or 9 as a line pool access code, everything else is just not accepted by the system.
I may...
That's strange because all extensions start with 2.
I guess if I go into Sets I will find some in the 3 range. Can I just delete those and then use 3 as an access code?
I am trying to program a line pool to have a n access code of 3, but the system seems to only allow an 8 or 9. Any idea how to make 3 a viable option?
Thanks,
I set up secondary language as part of the initial config on a new Call Pilot 100, but the only one available seems to be Cantonese, which does me no good. Any ideas how to use Spanish as an alternate language?
I tried pressing 2 when going into Feature 983 but still only Cantonese available...
I had to leave site so I'm not in front of it anymore, but I believe the q timeout is 60 seconds. So I assume that needs to be lowered to something else? Does the q timeout dictate how long before the call will cover to the overflow?
OK, I have HG 710 with mailbox 710 assigned to extension 710. The overflow on HG710 is 222 (the voicemail extension). I am still getting continuous ringing when 710 is called, no rollover to vm. any ideas?
I have a MICS with a Call Pilot 100. I have a CCR tree sending calls to a hunt group with several extensions in it. Is it possible to have calls to this hunt group roll to a voicemailbox after a certain amount of rings?
If not, any ideas how to work around this?
Hi,
I want to external call forward calls from a MICS extension running R4.1 but Feature 4 denies any forwarding besides internally. Anyone know what release external call forwarding became available on?
This leads to a second question. I'd like to purchase a Call Pilot 100/150 voicemail...
