Secondary Language for a Call Pilot 100

I set up secondary language as part of the initial config on a new Call Pilot 100, but the only one available seems to be Cantonese, which does me no good. Any ideas how to use Spanish as an alternate language?

I tried pressing 2 when going into Feature 983 but still only Cantonese available, very strange why Nortel would only allow one secondary language, esp. such an obscure one. Anyone got any ideas?

You need to run the language utility from the CD or from NT.

Right. You'll also need to have a connection to the ethernet port of the Call Pilot with your PC. Then you can replace any languages with the one desired.

Ok, is that a X over cable or straight through? I will try this next visit.

An ethernet crossover cable if you're connecting directly to the Call Pilot.
