I have a Mitel SX-50, and INN-Form XL. The INN form thinks when someone dials *67 that the 67 is the first part of the number dialed. Thus my accounting says if someone dials *67 442-2086....... 674-4220. I would like to just block access to the star key if possible, or any other solution. Thanx AL

they have spent thousands of dollars on 911 software that sends there dn out over cid. But only the main extension of that office i.e., 5600 has room location information sent. so that is why i want 5601 etc. to send 5600 information.

Uh oh, I guess I was not clear enough. It is for law enforcement. Kinda. Each room, say investigator Joe Smiths office has 3 dn appearing on his phone. I want 5600,5601, and 5602 to show up on caller id as 5600. Is this possible?

One more question also... I have multiple buildings and need to make sure the I.D. sent from a phone is that of the primary Line #. No matter which line that phone calls from. That way 911 works to that phone. Any suggestions? I really appreciate the help here, and I will continue to help others...
