check the calling and called party number that's coming into unity by using the call viewer tool via the unity tools depot. It sounds like the nortel switch is not retaining the original called party number when it forwards to 5000...or...the called party number is getting modified to 5000 so...

I have configured several hacked callmanagers and always had problems with the CCMCIP files not having proper file/share rights - which broke access to the corp directory, fastdials, etc. Do you experience this problem with a hacked cm?
