It is possible I am loosing my mind as I tend to flit between cs1k and bcm, anyway would someone please confirm the correct way to setup a 3-way call between 2 internal and one external party?

By default on the BCM 50 there is the ability to print a full call report by day (using Activity Reporter Basic)is there a RCC report that show the same information?

As for faxing them back, our client did asking them to stop faxing but nothing. The number the fax is coming from seems to be a common nuisance call – Ofcom in the UK are aware of it but as ever do nothing!

We are constantly getting a call from a fax (number 02072651255), other company's have had the same issue.
Is there a way on a CS1K to block an incoming number or is this only something a telco provider can do?

I have a Nortel 5520 which I have been informed is not forwarding class two traffic. The switch is a pretty basic install with two (3 if you include management) Vlan's, the 2 configured VLANs are for Voice and Data and have QoS configured for both.

Hi, ever since our phones firmware has been updated to 0624c6e the default password for the phones (color*set) only allows us to change basic voip settings (phone not data). Are we doing something wrong or is there a new password?

The problem I found was the other way around, because Auto-neg on NIC is not standard across different vendors it's best to set the speed/duplex at the PC, phone and switch level.
