I have done alot of research but could not find anything yet.
Users are prompted to reset their password everyday they start their shift. it works all day but when come next morning it is defaulted again.
Any tips to troubleshoot ?

I will recommend you to take Wireshark traces on your IP Office network to see if the issue is from network side or ip office.
Also if you can take traces of low quality calls from sysmon.

customer is not receiving caller name from external numbers ,they are using PRI line with DMS100 as a switch type .
and i noticed "Send Names" options is UNChecked . so by checking that option will it resolve the issue ?

when a user receive call from outside office . they dont see the caller name on there phones.
caller name feature is supported by service provider.
so just to verify if the caller name is coming in line or not , i took the logs through monitor (ISDN Layer 3 receive,send)
but i dont know what...
I am using Avaya 9608 phones , and using DMS100 for switch type.....
so in configuration if i change switch type from DMS100 to NI2 , will it work ?
and where do we specifically see name/number in system status ?
if someone call within the office we can see each other names , but if someone call from outside office we will not be able to see name .
spoke with provider people and they said they are sending name and number both.
