    Combo card issues and SCN

    I will recommend you to take Wireshark traces on your IP Office network to see if the issue is from network side or ip office. Also if you can take traces of low quality calls from sysmon.

    customer is not receiving caller name from external numbers ,they are using PRI line with DMS100 as a switch type . and i noticed "Send Names" options is UNChecked . so by checking that option will it resolve the issue ?
