Thanks for the response, it is appreciated. I was able to open it in Excel 2003 and saved it, and that fixed it. I must have had a blonde moment when I ran it at my desk it kept giving me an #ref error...it would have helped if I had Reuters on my machine...so much for being technical! thanks...
