A single G.711 call consumes an average of 110Kbps with IP header. G.729 consumes an average of 30Kbps with IP header. That includes both sending and receiving of voice packets. Don't see why you'd need to double that number for each call if that's already the total call consumption per call.

Are you sure there is no digit manipulation done to the callers extension before it reaches the voicemail server ?

Have you checked that the Calling Party Prefix's are configured the same on all of the below : 1. Gateway Endpoints 2. Route Lists/Groups 3. Route Patterns

I take it you are making these changes via the GUI ?... 1. Try access the GUI from another PC (might be an IE problem?) 2. Re-copy all of the GUI files to the Router 3. Else, make the configuration change from the CLI
