I have an issue on a split cluster with off premise voicemail, the issue is that on one side, calls sent to voicemail will show up on the voice gateway at that site as the 10 digit calling number, on the other side the calls are going out as the 6 digit extension. Both configs are identical, any ideas?

Good Call
ISDN ACTIVE CALLS
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Call Calling Called Remote Seconds Seconds Seconds Charges
Type Number Number Name Used Left Idle Units/Currency
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Out 6XXXXXXXXX +7XXXXXXXXX

Bad Call

Out 806061 7XXXXXXXXX 21 0 0 0

Have you checked that the Calling Party Prefix's are configured the same on all of the below :

1. Gateway Endpoints
2. Route Lists/Groups
3. Route Patterns

Thanks for the response Salvo. Yes, those are all the same. Doing some more testing this morning it comes down to the voicemail number being a local number at the other site and a long distance number here at my site. Its as if the voice gateway isn't translating the local call into all 10 digits when the call is placed.

Salvo....to make my life easier, I simply am doing 1+ for the other sites voicemail number and it works perfectly. Thanks.
