I had 3 appereance button. I added a 4 one. When the rls was 5.018 works fine, but with rls 5.024 contacts key can not call from the list. With the 4 appearence buttun added the problem has solved.

Hi, We upgrade Ip Office from 5.018 to 5.024 because the customer 1616I telephone didn`t work properly. Now works fine but the contacts key does´t works. If I preess the key, just show the contact info, but it is not possible to make a call. ¿Any solution?

Hi, I am having problems with the flash message lamp in 5402. I don´t have any problems with 5410 and 5420 just 5402. How can I set the Flash Msg lamp to ON in 5402 Digital phone? Any advices. Tks.
