CONTACTS PROBLEM 1616

Hi,

We upgrade Ip Office from 5.018 to 5.024 because the customer 1616I telephone didn`t work properly. Now works fine but the contacts key does´t works. If I preess the key, just show the contact info, but it is not possible to make a call. ¿Any solution?

Why 5.0.24 and not 5.0.26?
Did the phone upgrade?
I think it did not and then it is running firmware that is not compatible with the IPO.

I added another appereance button. The problem is solved.

Then i think you had none or only one programmed i think.
You really need at least two of them on each phone.

I had 3 appereance button. I added a 4 one. When the rls was 5.018 works fine, but with rls 5.024 contacts key can not call from the list. With the 4 appearence buttun added the problem has solved.

That should not be necessary.
I am also not aware that this is a bug and i have seen many.
