Just installed a TV Tuner. It has an audio/video input, however I'm connecting my camcorder to it. My problem is I can get video with no audio. The audio in slot on the tuner is not an RCA. Anyone know how I can get audio?

In the Group Policy Editor, START->RUN: gpedit.msc, there is a policy to turn off balloon tips. Not sure if it will shut off hardware balloons however.

Using Windows XP with a Windows 2000 Server and having problems getting XP PCs to get group policies from the server. We can set policies locally but they won't recognize any policies from the server. Any help is appreciated.
