swissmax, It is possible to have many "service" logins. Unfortunatly you would have to go through Avaya or a business partner to have the appropriate feature turned on. I don't know the cost of this but knowing Avaya it isn't going to be cheap.

1027, Try using a goto cover button. So the Admin's will press transfer, dial the extension number, press goto cover, and press transfer again. This should send the caller directly to the users first point of coverage. Obviously this will only work if voicemail is the first point of coverage.
