Instead of using a hunt group, send the calls to a phantom extension (X-PORT) with a coverage path to a cover answer group. Unfortunately this will only work with 8 users or less.

It is possible to have many "service" logins. Unfortunatly you would have to go through Avaya or a business partner to have the appropriate feature turned on. I don't know the cost of this but knowing Avaya it isn't going to be cheap.

You might want to try setting up 3060's coverage path so that it rings to the reservation hunt group(h2) as first point of coverage with voicemail(h99) as the second. In the V12 you should be able to define in the coverage path the number of rings before the second point is attempted.

Try using a goto cover button. So the Admin's will press transfer, dial the extension number, press goto cover, and press transfer again. This should send the caller directly to the users first point of coverage. Obviously this will only work if voicemail is the first point of coverage.
