If you have inads, craft and dadmin already setup I think you may possibly be able to add 1 more; but am more inclined to believe that you are already at your limit
Try it, you will get a "limit for service logins...exceeded" error when you reach the limit

It is possible to have many "service" logins. Unfortunatly you would have to go through Avaya or a business partner to have the appropriate feature turned on. I don't know the cost of this but knowing Avaya it isn't going to be cheap.
