I got the same message the other day on a bcm 400 4.0 everytime i tried to access the voice mail thru the telset it kept saying no resources ,i was using lan 1 to newtwork the system that was good,then i used lan 2 to program thru my lap top then i tried to access the voice mail thru the telset...
