Bcm 400 4.0 Brand New "No Ressource"

On a newly installed Bcm 4.0 just got that message.
Bcm had only 1 t7316e attached to it.(was waiting for the cut-over tonight) When i tried to record the greetings it gave me that "No Ressource".I had to shutdown,remove and reseat the Pec Cards. It did came back after but i just hope that it will still work on Monday... I can't recall having seen that issue on any previous version of Bcm's
before.What's going on with 4.0?

ps:bcmpimp, allready checked and it was not a speedial cap issue on mine...!
 
Possible PECs weren't originally seated properly. Anything can happen during shipping.
 
I installed about 60 bcm's so far of all the previous version from 2.5 to 3.7 and i can tell you that the only 2 times that this problem occured were on Bcm 4.0.
I hope it's only coincidence...
 
I got the same message the other day on a bcm 400 4.0 everytime i tried to access the voice mail thru the telset it kept saying no resources ,i was using lan 1 to newtwork the system that was good,then i used lan 2 to program thru my lap top then i tried to access the voice mail thru the telset and thats when i got my no resource,so i decided to log out of everything gave it 5 minutes and the problem was gone i think the system was tying up the voice mail access
 
My problem was the PEC cards. Do a search because there are other threads on this.

Good to see it's not only happening to me. If i recall,
i think my laptop was connected on lan 2 and customer on
lan 1 ,so it must be what you just wrote.
Anyway, working good since then.Thanks for the reply.
