I have a customer that I have auto attendant set up on 3 time profiles normal and after hours.(8-5-normal,5pm-12am- after hours and 12am-8am-after hours ) and I did not not set up any time profiles for holidays ( i am new to IP office and this was my first one and I didn't think...
just picked up a new customer who has an 0x32 and flash talk
they are using two ringing services a day and a night.
during the day service (ring group 001)the system sends calls straight to a CCR tree.
the night service rings (rg002) several sets 3 times and goes to the receptionist...
thanks everyone. I will try to find a lower version of software. looks like that's my only hope. FYI curlycord I did try reinstalling the software and powering the system down and and replacing it with the other 2.0 software but that didn't work.

I tried shorting the cap and I would try the other solution but I don't have another software version that is below 2.0 so I am kida stuck. but I did short the the cap just using jump wire but I could go back and get a 100 ohm resistor but I don't know if that would make a difference. but thanks...
