You can also copy fdisk.exe and format.exe to a floppy boot disk. Just remember<br>

Did you turn off the power management in the bios? Is your win98 the full version or is it a win98 upgrade? If an upgrade check to see if your hardware has any new updates on drivers (check video card first). (Or possible driver is corrupted) Check in device manager and see if you have any...
Your post does not show the error message you are receiving after loading win95. In your next post tell us what version your upgrade was? Did you fdisk? What your error messages are?
