We have an excel document with about 2000 rows in it. We add comments to the second column. However, sometimes when the documnbet is reopened, all of the comments appear way out of place and have to be manually returned to the right place. This obviously takes ages when you have 1500 comments to drag about.<br>

Any suggestions for keeping comments to a certain place in the worksheet would be greatly appreciated. Has anyone ever had any problems similar to this? I have tried to reinstall excel from scratch but to no avail!<br>
