    Panasonic KXTDA Port Property Issue

Also, if I change the port type back to normal, a phone works on it just fine.

    Panasonic KXTDA Port Property Issue

Well guys I am back. I defaulted the system and was able to access Port property. I changed ext 131 port type to DSS. I then went to DSS programming under extensions. I paired ext 101 with DSS1 but it does not work. I tried a different port with the same result. Is there something else that I...

    Panasonic KXTDA Port Property Issue

Thanks for your input. Only the DSS consoles are affected. I put them on a different card but got the same issue. I cannot enter port property to move them to a different port. Any ideas about the "Digits number error" message? Thanks again for all your input.

    Panasonic KXTDA Port Property Issue

Hello everyone; I have a TDA100 system that went off during a storm due to a power outage. When the system came back on everything was fine except for the fact that the 2 DSS Consoles on the system did not work. They are both on a DLC16 card. I took a look at Extension programming and did not...

NCP 500 Distinctive ringing on incoming calls

Hi: I have an NCP 500 and I am trying to change the incoming ring tone. Currently the incoming tone is the "triple tone". I tried to change it in PC programming by going to 4.1.1 and creating an G-DN key on all the phones in ICD 601. I have all trunks DIL to 601. I scrolled over on that key and...

Printing labels for KXTd 500 series phones

Would the 500 series phones be in there? Also you have to be connected to the system right? Is there no other place to get this?

Printing labels for KXTd 500 series phones

I read somewhere that in the Unified console there is a place to print labels for the new 500 series phones. Can anyone verify this, or provide a link to a template? Thanks

    IPO500 with Valcom 2001a

When you say give it a phone number do you mean an extension number? And when you say create a user do you mean a short code to the extension?

    IP OFFICE 500V2 8.1 w/ Valcom 2001a Paging Problem

Is this really dangerous? I dont know if I can pull it off with a separator and all. It seems complicated. I appreciate the input but is there a simpler way? Is the 680 needed if you use a CO port? Or maybe a V9970?

    IP OFFICE 500V2 8.1 w/ Valcom 2001a Paging Problem

I don't have a 600-680ohm resistor. Where do you get those? Also I don't follow when you say put the resistor between the tip and ring pairs. Do you mean between the red wire and green wire? Is this done anywhere on that pair? I am trying to picture this.

    IPO500 with Valcom 2001a

thread940-1644041 I am wondering how this works with a Valcom 2001a. What is the correct way to programm a trunk port. Does this setup require any interface between the Valcom and IPO500.

    IP OFFICE 500V2 8.1 w/ Valcom 2001a Paging Problem

I have music connected to my Valcom unit and it plays fine. Also if I connect my Buttset directly to the Valcom I can page over the speakers. As I stated before it was setup on an analog extension at first but didn't work. If I pressed the paging button or dialed *61 the display would say...

Hello all: I have an IPO500 V2 With a Valcom 2001a and have not been able to get it to page over external speakers.
