Absolutely sure. I just went to Maintenance section and disconnected the KSU(2). Then I went to Hardware and changed the setting for 2 card to be T1. And then I connected the KSU(2) again. Now I will have to assign the T1 to pool B. How do I do this? Thanks, Yuri.

It is Nortel Norstar. The line that I'm trying to connect is the dedicated T1. When I go to Hardware.CardsOnKSU section the card that line is connected to is showing as PRI. When I try to change the setting to T1 it gives me "Disable card" message. What should I do? Thanks, Yuri

They sware that it is the problem with our equipment. We opened the tech support issue with our PRI provider. After some time they told me that technitian ran some tests and it seems to be the problem with our equipment. Can somebody explain me what their test could be? Thanks, Yuri
