Thanks. Anyone know of any earbud-style headphones that will work with the 9641G? Or for that matter a 9608G, which doesn't have built-in bluetooth but I know there are options from Plantronics and others for BT headphones for 9608 phones using a base station connected to the headset jack. I...
It is not the missed call entries it is the total of amount of calls to the system. "
OK... but if all those calls ring this phone, and you've never cleared the call log, I still think it's possible that's what the phone is displaying. Can't hurt to go in to the call log button and delete all...
Actually, it appears that at least on 10.x (not sure about 9.x) that if you set Centralized Call Log to OFF on the user's Telephony/Call Log tab, that it completely disables the 14xx and 16xx phone's call log button, as well as the display of missed calls. Give it a shot.
Hope this helps,
Jeff
Sounds and looks to me like the number of missed call entries in the phone's call log. If you go into the call log (press the red-lit button to the left of 7 on they dialpad) and delete all, does the number disappear?
In the older 44xx and 54xx phones, you could go into he phone settings and...
I have a client that desperately wants to use his Apple AirPods with his 9641G. I've followed the instructions to pair them with the phone, and the 9641G sees the AirPods, and shows they successfully pair and connect. The phone display then shows the bluetooth symbol at the top of the display...
While changing the name in manager (the top one, not Full name) should create a brand new mailbox, I've seen cases where sometimes it did not. Sometimes that was due to the new name not being unique. Other times I've had to restart the vmpro service. If all else fails, delete the folder with the...
By default, Sonicwall vpn tunnels will not block any ports. But you must make sure to disable the Ssetting on the sonicwall that allows h.323 transformations.
Anyone know if you can use Manager R8 (v 10.0(16)) to create an offline config for a new system, and upload it to a fresh IPO 500V2 that will run and be licensed for R7?
I know the newer manager can open/admin/save R7 (and earlier, for that matter) configs, but can I create a brand new offline...
OK, got it working.
Apparently, I had to install the one-X portal desktop app, and in that app, under configure/voicemail, I had to check the enable box in the Voicemail Screening Configuration section. Once I did that, voicemail playback on the mobile started working.
Jamie,
I already have a "voicemailaccounts" folder pointing to that directory, as well as a "personalgreetings", a "namesgreetings" and a "Voicemail" folder, all under the default website. Is it case sensitive? My installation apparently created the folders all lowercase, and your posting...
Have IPO500V2 running 8.0
Installed One-X Portal 8.0 on same Windows 2008 server as Voicemail Pro 8.0
System, voicemail pro, and One-X portal all working.
Followed One-X Preferred for IPO install instructions to setup One-X for Preferred client, including firewall rules/ports setup.
Installed...
Thanks Monty, but I've done that before posting here.
I've read the online documentation, the in-app help, the custom report documentation, and I can't find a way to show that historical metric.
This is a critical metric clients demand to see, and it was there in CCC, so there must be a way...
Hi All.
I recently upgraded a system from CCC5 to CCR8.
In CCC, there was a historical report you could run for a Queue that would show the LONGEST WAIT TIME for the queue for the time period, in addition to the AVERAGE WAIT TIME.
In CCR, in the real-time Dashboard view, you can indeed see...
Hmmm...
I had this happening to two (2) accounts. One as often as 1 to 5 times per day. On both those accounts, we implemented the workaround to disable time sync on the IP Office in Manager, setting TIME server to 0.0.0.1, as well as turning off time sync in Windows on the VM Pro PC.
The...
I got a call from level 3 tech supp this morning saying 4.1.40 VMPro fixes it.
I too didn't see a CQ that stood out except a vague 'voicemail stopping on 4.1...'
I haven't upgraded yet, but my systems have been stable since I turned off time sync, both on voicemail server time control applet...
6 days now since I changed time sync settings per Avaya T4 recommendation, and -knock wood- no recurrence of the problem!
They had me do the following:
1. On the voicemail server, in the Windows Date/Time control applet, UNCHECK the box for auto adjustment for DST.
2. In the same place...
