we have a networked call center enviroment.we have 4 call centers in 4 locations(A,B,C,D).we have NCC & CC 6 paltform in site A ,Primary License Manager(active) installed in the NCC.we have secondry License Manager in the CCMS server of site B.
can any one assist me in calrifying...
Any one has an official DOCS prove this issue.as the user guide of the phone set 1150 indicates that i can use the speaker by using the USB keyboard.

Thanks Milesprower for your response.I'd like to note that I have CC 6 with SU 5 but when i change the agent level at the skill set some times take effect immediatly other time i have to ask the agent to logoff and login again to to take effect.can you advise me in this problem.

Dear All,
I have many call center sites(Contact Center 6),when i change the agent priority in the skillset,it doesn't take effect till the agent change his state(logoff and reloging or MSB or....etc).
is it normal??
