Is there a way to extend the voicemail greeting length of time so we can leave a longer voicemail greeting?
We have an IP Office 406 4.0(14) with Voicemail Pro.
My company just merged with a compnay using Cisco Call Manager version 4.2. We have an IP Office 406 version 4.0.14. We would like to set up four digit dialing between the sites. Any advise would be helpful.
I would like to set up a voicemail box that you can have a greeting, but you cannot leave messages on that voicemail account. I have several information lines for employees that change everyday with start time and other important daily information. People will leave messages on these voicemail...
I tried un plugging the phone and re plugging it. On my Merlin Magix there is a button on the phone to turn off the message light, but I can not find in the IP office 5410.
I also get the same messgaes when the line is busy, or a bad number, but that is not the case for this one number. It gives me this message when ever I try to call this one number using my IP Office. When I use my cell phone the number goies through fine so I know the number is good and was...
I am looking to connect two IP Offices together. The IP Offices are at two different sites and have a point to point T-1 between them. I want to specifically to be able to use four digit dialing between the two, assign some of the DID for the PRI at one site to ring phones at the other site...
It did seem like a provider issue at first, but I called the and the number I am trying to dial is a customer of the same provider and according to them it is something with our phone system.
It is our local area code so I should not need to dial it, but that is the only way I can get connected. If I just dial 9 then the number I get WAITING-FOR-LINE, but if I add the 9 then the area code 702 then the number it works.
