Hi,
I am trying to figure out how CCT and CS 1000 communicates. Does it use an AML link (if so, please give me an explanation on how this works) or does it simple connect through the E-LAN?
Thank you in advance!
Hi,
does anyone know the Communication Control Toolkit?
I cannot figure out how to connect the CCT server and my switch? Is it using an AML-link or E-LAN or how does it work?
Hi,
ahh, that's right! That's my T-LAN addresses. My E-LAN is 20.30.40.50, 20.30.40.51 and so on.
20.30.40.50 is the switch. Do I need to connect to that?
Hi,
I've got a CS 1000 with a Signaling Server. I'm trying to setup TM 3.1 but I get an error. I cannot login to the switch. My setup is this:
10.1.2.10 = CS 1000
10.1.2.11 = SS
10.1.2.12 = MC32 (ITG Card)
10.1.2.13 = MC32 (ITG Card)
This setup works very well, but I cannot setup my TM 3.1 to...
I am sorry - I do not think I understand. In my setup I do not need a Sig. Server in order to get this working.
I am reading 553-3001-363 og 553-3001-365, but I cannot make it work!
Ahh, ok - thank you for the info :-)
Yeah, the ELAN is configured. If I run the itgCardShow command on the ITG card it shows everything - the same if I run the pbxLinkShow command.
In LD 20 I PRT the VGW and get
DES LINE
TN 020 0 00 0
TYPE VGW
CUST 0
XTRK MC32
ZONE 001
.......
and some 30 more. The card isn't installed yet or?
Thank you very much.
Why do I get:
stat <cardno>
00 = UNIT 00 = DSBL (TRK)(IPTN UNREG OWK /OWK )
01 = UNIT 01 = DSBL (TRK)(IPTN UNREG OWK /OWK )
when I get this:
stat <cardno> <unitno>
IDLE
??
Hi there
I am trying to install an ITG card in my Meridian system, but I am having some problems doing that.
On my call server I get the following:
.stat <cardno>
00 = UNIT 00 = DSBL (TRK)(IPTN UNREG OWK /OWK )
01 = UNIT 01 = DSBL (TRK)(IPTN UNREG OWK /OWK )
02 = UNIT...
Hi,
I have a ITG line card and I would like to change the IP address. I think I need a cable to configure the card. Do you know what type of cable I need?
Thank you very much.
Hi
Is it possible to let a call that is on camp-on for a busy dn go back to the station where he/she was put on camp-on after the camp-on timer runs out?
Oh, sorry. I guess my question isn't very good.
I would like to know where I can setup where the call should go when the callee does not pickup. I know (as I wrote) that the timer is setup in LD 15, but I do not know where I can define where the call should go.
Thank you so much.
I think I just add the XFA to the CLS for now. :-)
I am right that when the XFD is applied to an analogue phone it isn't able to transfer the call? When the user tries to do it the meridian just transfer the call to the attendant and since I do not have an attendant it goes...
