if you call the voicemail, *17 and login, press 3 for greetings. Intuity mode allows for multiple greetings to be created. if you login with visual voice, you only get to use the primary greeting.

Hi Gunnaro, I have never seen this menu disappear either and I have other sites where handsets have been replaced and I'm pretty sure they would be at different releases by nature of when the come out of the box.
