I have a Basic IPO with the AA picking up, how do you access the Mailboxes remotely.

For remote you need to dial 778 and not 777

When I try the 778 or 777 I get Invalid Entry try again.
I did figure how at least to get to VM by getting the Extensions VM greeting and when the beep sounds to leave a message Pressing The # key you get a prompt to press *R then is says to enter the Ext. number then the access code/Password then you get in.
It seems like a long way to get you messages.

you can take a prompt from the main AA that isn't used, transfer it to *17 or a vmail collect shortcode. I use *98|Voicemail Collect|?
inform staff to enter that prompt when they call in, they will than be prompted to enter a mailbox number and password.
all mailboxes should have a password created.

I think that is for IPO embedded not Basic it doesn't have the same codes. Thanks though.
