We have a CS1000k M SG on Release 7.5. Latest updates/patches have been applied. We use basic ACD C-2 reporting to a Telecost Server to format the reports. We are set up in the SCB to have the reports run from 1/1 to 12/31, from 6am to 8pm, 7 days a week.
We also have a Okidata ACD printer...
Be advised that the 1140e's have/had a problem with the power board overheating and the phone failing. We have had a high failure rate with them.
Avaya PCN (PCN Number 1745H) describes the issue and corrective action, good until end of 2014.
We have a CS1000 7.5 with AACC 6.0 and Avaya ACR (Verint). In the CLS of the sets do you have "RECA". I don't think that would solve the beep tone issue, but who knows.
We had a intermittent dead air issue that turned out to be between our LD carrier and the carrier they were receiving the call...
You may need to build a RLI for the 9 911 calls. You will need to build an SPN for 911 and point it to the RLI you build. You will need to build a DMI table also and set it to delete 0 and add 0 and put that DMI in the RLI you build for 9 911. Below is our set up for dialing 9 911. This is with...
I posted this in the CallPilot forum, but, like me, it stumped everyone there.
Callpilot IPE 201i on release 5 with latest patches. When CallPilot remote notification calls a users phone after a voicemail is left, the CallPilot verbally gives the user the option to log in and listen to the...
When CallPilot remote notification calls a users phone after a voicemail is left, the CallPilot verbally gives the user the option to log in and listen to the message, or to disable notification for all other calls left for this mailbox. Is it possible to restrict the user from disabling remote...
I had similar issue and our vendor discovered the near end and far end CS1000's were choosing different codecs for the call. I believe they removed the 723 codec so the g711 was the only one available.
Greetings all,
The system is a CS1000E on Rls7.5. No Contact Center, just basic ACD with reports to a printer. Do I need to have a Contact Center server to be able to use activity codes? The supervisor wants to know why they are on not ready, etc. Do the activity codes show up on the basic acd...
The system is a CS1K Cabinet, Rls6.0. Looking at TTY 0 and TTY 3 below, is there a conflict between the Port number, 0, for each device. TTY 0 comes from the CPPM card and TTY 3 comes from the MGC card. They have different DNUM and TTY numbers.
Bonus question: Why doesn't TTY 0, "CTYP CPSI" have...
We have a CS1000E Rls 7.5 working with Metaswitch PRI's with no issues, CLID or otherwise. We did not switch from ATT though. We have 18 PRI's coming in on copper. We are using a combination of PRI gateways and individual cards. Basic in/outbound traffic. Here is one of the Dchannels on a...
When we dial 911 from our PBX, AT&T replaces the CLID sent by the PBX with the main billing number for the PRI's installed at that site. They refuse to remove the block and let the PBX send the CLID to the 911 center. Is that normal?
Greetings all,
At site "A" is a CS1000M cabinet on RLS 6 with 5 PRI's terminating in the system. At site "B" is where 95 percent of the sets reside, but they register to site "A" PBX. No SMG at site "B". Only the network connects site "A" PBX to site "B" phones. How do I program E911 at site "A"...
The system is a CS1000E HA Rls 7.5 with 1 PRI 4 port gateway and 2 UDT PRI cards, 1 per 10 slot cabinet. CallPilot 24 port, Miran, 16 Rancon,32 muscon. 450 IP sets, 1 page port, 16 TDM ports. Presently we are using 4 PRI's. The MGC's have the 128 port DSP Dboard. The gateway has a 96 port DB on...
jakeemerson,
What vintage CPPIV card are you using to replace the AA vintage?
Is Avaya paying for the replacement cards? I need to do the same thing.
Thanks,
It is used with the "Personal Directory" feature. If you are getting web error it has not been configured. The Personal Directory, Callers List, and Redial List use a separate central
database, called the IP Phone Application Server, to store directory data and user profile options.
In the...
