    Its an appointment line. 6 agents. Nothing fancy.They just want to have calls forwrded to an after hours number that will take the calls and make the appointments.

    It seems that did not work, again, here's whats happening in a nut shell. When some one calls.All she see's is Her boss's name. And not the person who is calling. You do see the ext calling below that. but thats apparently not good enough. She wants to see the callers name.

    This is the setup , a shared secretary having the main and rollover for her two bosse. She can't see the name and number Of the inbound call on the rollover On her phone , a 2616 with 1 aom .

    Friday we moved 20 D.I.D's back from our remote site that were CDP'd. Today people were complaining that they could not reach the numbers from the outside. I outed them in load 87 in the remote site. And i simply added them at the main site on key 0.

    Can anyone think of any reasons a callpilot would deliver messages at a later time in the day rather than when its left. The phone with this problem is a 500 set.
