I am looking for a list or source of information that will provide port numbers with the actual application service.
Application resources does not provide this information while under All Dn's the port numbers simply provide a DN and nothing more.
In setting up Service DN's for the Auto...
Delete all default appearances of 9 from the routing table and line pools
build a new route and using VOIP trunks BlocA
under DN type select Special International.
Build the destination code with 9A absorb 0
If the NRS is programmed correctly full dialing will now take place using "9"
Buy a BCM on EBAY and train your self at your own pace and with the help of forums like this.
You should be able to buy a BCM, with a few licensees for unified messenging, IP and digital sets for under $1500. Does not need to be brand new. If you really get into it then you might buy...
Appreciate the thought and efforts you all have provided in finding a solution to this problem.
This is a new machine with no programming other than what I am doing now, thus there are hidden trunks pools built somewhere deep inside.
As i mentioned I am already passing digits to the CS1000...
Delete Destination code "9"
add new route
add new destination code "9" and assigne to new route
insert 9 to route
Yes, I have also tried this suggestion. The 9 destination code can be entered under a new route but it still will not pass to the VOIP trunks. Only if I use an access code then...
Yes, you are correct 9 can be used against route 000 but it is defaulted against Pool A (analog trunks 61-64)
I want 9 to got out against BlocA (Voip 1-4)
Route 00O Pool type can not be changed, and when an attempt is made to delete the line am prompted with " Error Route 000 can not be...
I am routing digits from BCM 3.0 to CS1000K via VOIP trunks.
I want my BCM users to dial 9 for making PSTN calls via the CS1000K as calls on this route are most cost effective.
Route 000 and destination code 9 are built as a system default configuration and cannot be changed or deleted, this...
You have got Voip GW trunks on each switch and a VPN whereby you can ping from one BCM to another ....you now just need to work on getting all the settings correct. Takes a bit of time on your first go but it does sound as though you are headed in the correct direction.
Its really to late in the game to default the system ...i did not see any place to do a range of number changes.
I started with default DN 221......i then changed the system to 4 digits which resulted in 2221.... from there I went about changing each DN individually.
The entire "2" range is a part of the system wide CDP, thus I need to change all the default and application Dn's to leading digit "5".
I am using using four digit dialing. I individually changed each and every DN today taking more than 90 minutes of time, however I have got six more BCM's to...
Perfect advise however it could be a very long day to move target buttons on several dozens of phones.
Am I correct that there is no way to modify target lines within the button programming in the element manager?
Plug a digital phoneset into the first port on your 25 pair switch tail and then check the IP address thru the telset features as shown below. Note these instructions are for LAN 1 not the OAM port. After you get into the BCM then go into the OAM and fix the IP address at that location.
If the...
Thank you Gentleman for your quick response. I will give the F*81 a go. My mind was stuck in element manager as opposed to looking at possible feature codes.
Yes, the lines are set as appear and ring and do light up on the top two left keys. I do understand that they can not be moved over...
My target lines are ringing incoming VOIP lines correctly however I would like to put the two button appearances of them to be placed above the two intercom buttons on the lower right side of the telephone instrument.
I have been thru the books and back and forth thru programming for many, many...
