using T series phone, neither the lamp or the "MESSAGE FOR YOU" display work, on an intermittent basis. Didn't see any patch addressing this problem, and wondering if anyone had seen it. Didn't try M series phone.

One is a 7208, and the other one is a 7316e, attached with the Gen Delivery MB attached to it. All patches up to date, did the whole factory default and reconfigure, still comes up.
 
Do yo have the latest SU installed?

Yes, system is all up to date; no patch has been out since the SU003.
 
I have come across this before.

All you can do is to get the user to log in to the mailbox .
Then come straight out off the mailbox.
The display light will then come on..

Also just do a reboot this will fix it for a while until a patch comes out
 
Hey snowman, thanks for the reply. I've noticed the same thing while testing; I've scheduled reboots everyday at midnight in waiting for a fix.
