The entire "2" range is a part of the system wide CDP, thus I need to change all the default and application Dn's to leading digit "5".

I am using using four digit dialing. I individually changed each and every DN today taking more than 90 minutes of time, however I have got six more BCM's to do in the same fashion.

Is there any way to change all the leading DN default numbers in a faster way other than doing each one individually?

Thanks

Default the system and start from scratch.

Were u using the renumber button which would allow u to do a range of DNs?

Its really to late in the game to default the system ...i did not see any place to do a range of number changes.

I started with default DN 221......i then changed the system to 4 digits which resulted in 2221.... from there I went about changing each DN individually.

Under telephony->cold reset, you can specify the start DN. However you would be starting again with the telephony configuration.

Also you can specify the DN length as 4 digits (don't have a 50 to hand). Again, this would be a drastic change.

If you mean can you rename 221 & 222 & 223 to 500 & 501 & 502 (ie multiple change) - not on a 50, other than previous comments.

On a 450 you have smart configurator, so for example you can deconfigure and configure, and this does give you much more flexibility.
