People keep leaving really long messages, and the mailbox gets filled up fast! Will a new COS fix this?

That's what I thought...but will the Auto Attendant or CCR answer with a greeting? The customer wants this to be invisible to both customer and caller. In other words, if a fax comes in, the system knows to route it to the ATA. If a regular call comes in, the system just rings like a normal...
Try to call the ata extension number with a butt-set or analog telephone...make sure the analog extensions are working properly first, and if so, then move on to the fax machines. Are your MCK ports dedicated? If so, make sure that they match on each side...

Anybody have any problems with the new(er) T7406E phone? One of my customers gets horrible echo when there is background noise, and the microphone seems to be too sensitive. Sometimes they can barely carry on a conversation. Any thoughts? Thanks!
