Hi,

One of my customers has a CallPilot 150. I thought that I had this fixed, but once in a while (usually after a power glitch) the CallPilot has an unusual problem. The Automated Attendant answers and transfers the calls just fine, but once the call gets to a mailbox, the system says "Unable to Continue" and the caller cannot leave a message. Then, just out of the blue the system will start to work again for a while! Any suggestions? Thanks.

Power Supply has been replaced. Version is 2.0. Perhaps an upgrade to 3.0 would fix it? Is there any difference between CallPilot 100 and 150 upgrade tool?

What do you mean by "It's just a Flash Card?". Are you saying that the card itself is defective?

SafeHarbor,
Which 2.0 is it running. I always found it beneficial to look at Nortel's 'CR Fixes' section of the next releases 'release notes' to see what bugs the last release had, if that makes sense. It may be a hardware isssue, or it may be a s/w issue. Also, in that time frame, Nortel had a batch of bad PCMCIA card that were problematic as Smogger suggested.
