CLID would not affect outbound dialing. You need to have more information. GH started you in the right direction. Is ESA configured? If not do you have SPNs defined in NARS? How are they routed? WHAT FRL is required to place 911 calls? A lot of things can afect wether a call is routed or not but...
We are using Call Pilot to front end our Contact Center and have come across a problem. When someone tries to conference through these menus we get a Call Pilot message saying you call cannot be completed.

I'm cleaning up our applications in Call Pilot and I'm looking for a way to find out where an application has been imported to.
I have some that I think I've removed all references on but when I try to delete the system tells me the app is imported but it doesn't say where.

Appearantly some of the providers in our area do not update the Intrado DB and I'm being told that is the problem. Our CAMA trunk provider uses the Intrado DB for look ups and the other providers use a local DB. Since the two DBs don't interact our spoofed CLIDs come up empty for these spoofed...
Bombone We have PS ALI that we administer for our number plan. We can send the "Spoofed" number for a regular call with no problem across our trunks from the same provider that we get our CAMA trunks from. I'll have to dig deeper on their side for an answer.
