First of all, sorry for the delayed reply. 0 is configured as ATDN in ATT_DATA. If i configure 0 as scr key in 3904 it works. But we need 0 to be ATDN only.

Thank you for the information. I do understand that 2250 - operator console cannot be restricted. Eventually we did a work around to do something with the pretranslation table. The console takes the XLST 1 by default.

Can anyone help me in blocking the long distance and IDD calls on the 2250 console. I have a customer who wants the operator to make only local calls from the 2250 console. I tried to change the NCOS value in ATT_DATA, but all in vain. The 2250 gets unrestricted.

enable the dchannel message which would help you to know whether the call is really hitting the switch or not and also take a note of the digits sent by the service provider. the digits sent by the provider should be a valid DN of the switch

I feel MM is not able to contact switch cos u r AML link is down. Licenses of MM is validated through AUX ID of the switch.
FOX security check will pass once MM establishes connection with switch.
Can you check AML link is up .
We had a similar prob we did the following excercise
If AML link is down or not establishing then MM will hang at this point.
If AML link is down,just come out of LD 48 & log out of the PABX till u get a message AMLXXX on the terminal.

I faced similar prob , after changing the option while importing it worked,I forgot which option i chose its not standard nor call by call the third option worked.

We have an issue with Meridian & Conversations MMS dialer .
Agent audio links are on PRI ,only last protocol worked was Swis.( Tested out all the protocol in meridian but only swix protocol worked)
Issue is Ist 15 channels are working fine but from 16th to 23 channel voice is not going through...

We faced a similar problem wherein , Mgate card, DSP Board both went faulty ,Ultimately Both cards & Cable were replaced simultaneously. But in our case it was not dead air call pilot channels were not coming into service.
One reason for dead air may be SCN number mapping in config...
I feel it may be the channels going into infinite loop ,Do u have any menu services defined/ or the other reason may busy tone detection from external trunks which is helding up the voice mail ports.
