Hey all,

I can place calls from anyone of the numbers programmed in the switch, however, when i try and call in I get a busy signal. I called our provider to check the PRI and they said that the call is getting rejected at the switch. Is there a setting that I am missing to allow inbound calls?

you need to print out some details on the RDB and TRKS.
Also goto LD 60 and do a STAT for us to view.

on the route, iao is for two directions. you also need to tell the switch how many digits the provider is sending.

enable the dchannel message which would help you to know whether the call is really hitting the switch or not and also take a note of the digits sent by the service provider. the digits sent by the provider should be a valid DN of the switch

unless the number of sent digits match the dn length in ldn (cdb) all did calls will get regected.. ld 96 enl msgi x on the dch enl msgo x for outgoing d channel msgs.. that will as raj said, show you the sent digits, the calling number, the rej (called rejected) msg.. the provider has monitored their d and it's in your cdb.. 99 times out of 100.. btw even of they could help, they never do... i did have one ld provider email me the d channel msgs they were seeing... (rare)
