I remember reading that it is possible to block incoming calls from a specific extension by utilizing EC500. I seem to remember that it was stated that you needed to set up a soft line for this. Is that correct? Or can I set up a digital extension for example and do the EC500 trick on that...
Hmm.. he had his cell phone forwarded to a different cell phone and once that was turned off everything worked as normal. Or should I say that calls were being noticed by end user. I am going to assume that the phone it was forwarded to was getting the calls.
Thanks for everybodys help though.
We have just switched providers and kept the old numbers. But for some reason our EC500 system does not forward calls correctly anymore. Is the EC500 system dependant on provider or system??
Just wondering if there is an easy way to retrieve serial numbers from a digital station? I seem to remember reading something along those lines before, but it's been a while ago so I was just wondering if I am incorrect or not.

Oh.. hmm.. ok.. that makes sense. Thanks!
If I want one specific trunk I am assuming that I could create a trunk group consisting of that particular trunk and then route a call to that trunk group. Is that correct?
Ok.. I've been standing up, sitting down and standing up and sitting down again while scratching my head but still no closer to a solution.
What are the requirements to be able to make trunk test calls from a specific station? As in what do I need to have enable to be able to do that.
And...
I am sure this is something really easy, but I have noticed that always when I first pick up the phone I get no dial tone, but when I hit the hook once I will get it. So basically this is how it goes,
Off hook - no dial tone
on hook off hook - dial tone
