    Here's the thing though, when reception put a caller on hld, the incomming call (2ND CALL), does not indicate on lpk 2, or any key. It is impossible for them to grab the second incomming call. Am I missing something in my programming that allows this? Thanks again!!

    Another console question, when receptions take a call on lpk 0 and stays on the line with the caller as she transfers them to their desired destination, how can she/he grab the caller back if they realize the call is going to V-MAIL. Again, she is on the line with the caller.

    When a caller accesses the company directory to leave a voice mail, currently CallPilot spells the name of the person and prompts the caller to confirm there choice. Can the CallPilot actually say the name of the person instead of spelling it?If so, how do I acheive this? Thank you in advance!
