When a caller accesses the company directory to leave a voice mail, currently CallPilot spells the name of the person and prompts the caller to confirm there choice. Can the CallPilot actually say the name of the person instead of spelling it?If so, how do I acheive this?

Thank you in advance!

This is the Personal Verification, one of the greetings that the mailbox user needs to record. There is an internal greeting, external greeting, temporary absence greeting (optional), and personal verification. When logged into voicemail, the user should press 8 - 2 - 9; then follow the prompt to record their name.

Thank you very much for the advice. I will try this out!!

On this subject, are you all telling me that even in 4.0, Nortel has not decided to prompt users to do this upon first login by new user (like just about every other voice mail system in the world)? This kills me. If there's ONE thing I want my users to do, it's this. Grrr.... I'm still on 2.0, but I know I'll be on 4.0 soon. I thought they might deal with this.

You are correct. They are not prompted through the initialization phase.
