My concern is that only one incomming call can come in at one time (lpk 0) Other incoming calls do not hunt to (lpk1, lpk2...) just wondering why?

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

You can turn on a calls waiting indicator on the console so that they can see if calls are waiting. They do not hunt up the strip like a phone. They can put a caller on hold and "release" the LPK key and then the next key will be used.

Sorry to bother... but how would you do that?

Options- #6 for Call waiting, 1- display -ON. It seems that my Call waiting indicator is on. Same problem.

ALL THAT'S SUPPOSE TO HASPPEN IS THAT THE CALL WAITING INDICATOR WILL COME ON.

perry's right, sounds like a normal console function.. 2250 consoles are more like an acd then a standard mcr set

Here's the thing though, when reception put a caller on hld, the incomming call (2ND CALL), does not indicate on lpk 2, or any key. It is impossible for them to grab the second incomming call. Am I missing something in my programming that allows this?

Thanks again!!

As Iretriever stated: They can put a caller on hold and "release" the LPK key and then the next key will be used.

Awesome!! That worked. You guys are just FABULOUS!!
