2250 Console Question

Another console question, when receptions take a call on lpk 0 and stays on the line with the caller as she transfers them to their desired destination, how can she/he grab the caller back if they realize the call is going to V-MAIL. Again, she is on the line with the caller.

If I remember right, have she/he push the RLS DESTINATION key. That should release the call from v-mail.

Sorry, my question was how to I take the call back, if I notice that is it going to Voicemail?
