    go to www.download.com and download reg cleaner. find any files related to quick time and delete them. BE CAREFULL WHAT YOU DELETE: IF YOUR NOT SURE DONT DELETE IT. you could cack up windows!

    I just sucessfully installed windows with no problem what so ever! The answer to all these problems?? Open up the pc, pull out the bloody modem, install windows with no modem inside. Once completed, plug the modem back in and install the drivers!! et voila!!! no probs!

    An easy 1, but need an answer (start up and .vxd)

    I also have a problem with .VXD files in that i have just installed window$ 98SE and i get two missing files. Vnetbios.vxd and motvcd.vxd, that both belong to the system.ini file. so as ive just intalled i cant gio back and copy them, how do i solve this problem?
